Quyen Hart is a physicist.

According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics in its Occupational Outlook Handbook,

"Physicists and astronomers study the interactions of matter and energy. Theoretical physicists and astronomers may study the nature of time or the origin of the universe. Some physicists design and perform experiments with sophisticated equipment such as particle accelerators, electron microscopes, and lasers."

Quyen earned her PhD in Astrophysical and Planetary Science, going on to be a Physics and Astronomy university professor and working in many outreach jobs. Currently she works as a Project Scientist and still does outreach work with the Space Telescope Science Institute.
